An existing building which is being transformed to 234 modern apartments for young professionals and students with modern facilities. This fully furnished living concept offers you comfort and freedom. Randstadrail tram 4 stops right around the corner, taking you to The Hague Central Station, work, university or downtown in a heartbeat.The supermarket is just around the corner and you can bike to the beach in 10 minutes. An app allows you to make use of the electric cars and bicycles easily. MB275 has being renovated and modernised. Hand over was in Q1 2020. Basic rents start from € 530,- per month, excluding additional costs for all-in living.

MB275 exists out of 234 completely furnished apartments. They all have a PVC-floor and luxurious furniture. Besides a bathroom with shower, washing basin and toilet they are equipped with a modern kitchen with induction stove.
For who
To be able to rent in MB275 there are a few selection criteria which you must meet. You are a young (18-27 year) starter on the housing market. You are registered or have been registered at a HBO/WO education. At this moment you are working OR studying. If you meet these criteria, you can register.
